Refund / Return Policy
At TBSE School, we maintain transparency in all financial transactions. This Refund/Return Policy explains the rules applicable to fees paid to the school.
Fee Payment
- All fees paid—admission fee, tuition fee, activity fee, or any other academic fee—must be paid as per the school’s schedule.
- Payments are non-transferable.
Refund Policy
- Admission/Registration Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tuition fees once paid will not be refunded, either fully or partially, as resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation.
- Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of duplicate or accidental payments made online.
Processing of Refunds
- In case of an approved refund (duplicate transaction), the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- The school reserves the right to request proof of duplicate payment before initiating a refund.
Return Policy for Products (if applicable)
If the school sells uniforms, books, or merchandise online:
- Damaged or incorrect items may be replaced after review.
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
